Pat is a proud Vancouverite. He was born at St. Paul’s Hospital and raised in Vancouver. He started his financing career in 1987 with the Royal Bank after finishing his post-secondary education. Over his 13 years with RBC he assisted clients in loans and investments before specializing as a Mortgage Representative in 1990. In 2000 he successfully completed and obtained his Mortgage Broker’s license and became an independent Mortgage Broker.
Pat is fiercely passionate about providing advice that assists in bettering one’s life and lifestyle. He quickly realized as a Mortgage Rep with RBC that in order to best represent his clients he needed to be completely independent. With access to over 50 lenders he is confident that he can provide the ultimate solution to every client’s situation in every stage of life.
Since becoming independent Pat consistently reaches the top 1% of all Brokers with Invis nationally. He is a member of MBABC (Mortgage Brokers Association of BC).
